Overview - Ribbon Bar - (Comming Soon)
The Itchin .Net Ribbon Bar provides Windows developers
with a common Ribbon style panel menu similar to the Ribbonbar used with
Microsoft® Office 2007.
Consolidate your application. Provide your users with quick and easy
access to different places within your application.
Developed using VB.Net 2003 (.net framework 1.1)
The Client Panes allow you to attach any type of control, just like a tab
control.
The .NET Ribbon control aims to provide the most accurate
reproduction of the
Microsoft® Ribbon Bar control plus a little extra.
Choose your own coloring theme. You are not limited to the Silver and Black color schemes associated with the
Microsoft® Ribbon bar.
Full Design time
support, use the component at Design time as you would at runtime.
- Full and rich designer support means in-place editing.
- 32bit Alpha Icon support.
- Custom Menu control (add Remove items etc).
- Plus many more....
DesignTime Support
Full design-time support is included of course, and working with the
control at design time is much the same as working with it at runtime. As
the navigation panes are selected, the client area of the control is
updated to show their contents. This client area is a standard
NavigationPane container control and can be used to host any type of child
controls.
Configuring the control at design time is as simple as using it at
runtime. When you drop the control on your form from the toolbox all it
takes is a couple of clicks and you're already adding child controls and
configuring the appearance of navigation panes.
Once the control has navigation panes, it acts almost like the familiar
Windows Forms TabControl - a different container control is displayed
depending on which tab (or navigation pane) is selected.
